COWBOY COOKOUT UNDER THE STARS

First enjoy a Sunset Trail ride through the wonderful Tucson Mountains - taking in the breathtaking panoramic views, majestic cacti and incredible sunset colors.

Then take a horse drawn hayride to our desert campsite where our cookie has rounded up a first class dinner: chips and "cowboy caviar"; veggie and fruit trays; mesquite grilled steak with mushrooms; baked potatoes and all the fixins'; and our famous cowboy beans.

After dinner relax and enjoy the twinkling stars and listen to the tunes of our cowboy singer around the campfire and toast the perfect marshmallow for a s'more.
